Our family began in 1998 in Chesterfield, VA. Since then, we have lived in Charlottesville, Henrico and Hanover before landing back near Matt's home in Chesterfield in 2003. Micah joined our family in 2002 and Jonah began keeping us on our toes in 2004. Matt works for Chesterfield County Public Schools and Doverly stays home to raise our beautiful children. Both Matt and Doverly graduated from the University of Virginia in 2000 and were in the first class to graduate from the Governor's School for Government and International Studies in 1995.
Family News
New Jobs
Matt has taken a new job with the Department of Corrections. He starts on June 25th as the Webmaster/Content Management Analyst. Also, Val and J have taken jobs this summer up in Radford. Val is at Walmart and J is at Burger King.
New Home Progress
We finally have bricks! New pictures can be seen here. The builder has told us that he expects to wrap things up around the end of August, first part of September.
Old Home Progress
We have been frantically working to get our house ready to sell. Matt painted our bedroom, the playroom and the dining room and has replaced several light fixtures. A few more painting projects remain. Also, a contractor is painting the exterior of the house this week.

Elizabeth B. Davis Middle School Update
Mom's school is coming along. Opening is scheduled for July 1st. Here is an aerial photo of the building. I have the privledge of helping to design the website for the school. We have incorporated the Radford Tartan plaid into the site.
